Performance improvement, Incentive and loyalty programmes are particularly effective in changing attitudes, in persuading people to do things they otherwise would not or to attain goals they would probably consider out of their reach.  And while these are motivational processes there are many factors that distinguish one from the others.

Incentive programmes are self-liquidating if properly researched, designed and applied. However, if the programme is not designed and managed properly or the rewards are not those that the target audience considers desirable the whole exercise can be a costly waste of time.  Motivating People has been researching, designing, managing and rewarding incentive programmes for over 20 years; we use the latest psychological techniques, tried and tested motivational practices and the most up-to-date methods of communicating results to those involved.
